Scale-appropriate mechanization may offer a targeted pathway to address labor bottlenecks, improve operational timeliness, lower operational costs, and support locally adapted mechanization services. This study examined farm-level changes associated with the adoption of small- to medium-scale agricultural machinery in family-farming systems of Northeast Brazil, focusing on labor use, machine-use intensity, mechanization-related operational cost, and the practical conditions shaping mechanization outcomes. The analysis combined a purposively selected balanced before-and-after panel of 59 regular pilot-project machinery-using family farm cases, giving 118 observations. The before period represented farmers’ regular production practices, while the after period represented regular use of machinery introduced through the pilot project, complemented by operation-level field and qualitative evidence from Apodi, Russas MST, and Maranhão. Farmer fixed-effects models were used to estimate within-farmer before-and-after changes associated with machinery adoption. The results showed that labor use declined from 14.42 to 3.21 h\u002Fha, a reduction of 11.21 h\u002Fha or 77.72%, while machine use increased from 1.06 to 2.95 h\u002Fha, an increase of 1.89 h\u002Fha or 178.35%. Total mechanization-related operational cost declined from R$574.44 to R$184.77\u002Fha, a reduction of R$389.67\u002Fha or 67.83%. Operation-level evidence showed that the largest observed changes were concentrated in rice land preparation, vegetable bed preparation, inter-row weeding, forage harvesting, sowing, and rice harvesting. In Apodi, targeted mechanized operations reduced time by 50.0–96.3% and cost by 45.3–86.0%. In Russas, cooperative machinery use reduced selected operation costs by 61.7–88.5% while in Maranhão, mini combine harvesters sharply reduced rice harvesting time. These findings suggest that scale-appropriate mechanization can improve labor allocation and cost efficiency among machinery-using family-farm cases. However, the before-and-after design does not establish a full causal treatment effect, and sustained benefits depend on machine-agronomy fit, collective access, and localized mechanization support 来源：新华社\n\n新华社北京10月7日电（记者胡璐）当前正值秋收秋种关键时节。记者7日从农业农村部了解到，今年“三秋”生产有更多高端智能农机产品投入一线应用。\n\n据了解，“十四五”时期，我国农业机械化发展成效显著。进入“十五五”以来，我国推动大型高端智能农机稳步升级，大幅提升“三秋”作业效率。18公斤\u002F秒喂入量谷物联合收获机、85公斤载荷植保无人机等加快产业化应用。\n\n在丘陵山区，适用农机也在加快应用，坡耕地、梯台田实现“有好机用”。目前6至15度丘陵山地拖拉机正在甘肃、重庆、四川等地加快推广应用，山地玉米播种机已在西南、西北地区投入生产一线。\n\n此外，新能源农机加速发展，有力推动农业生产绿色发展、降本增效。当前200至300马力段混动拖拉机、25至75马力段纯电动拖拉机产品已投入生产，混动水稻收获机、混动6行打包采棉机近期将定型量产。\n\n(责任编辑：符仲明)","新华社  \n若长时间无响应，请刷新本页面\n\n**光明日报北京9月20日电（记者陈晨、刘坤）**农业农村部、工业和信息化部近日联合印发《全国农业机械化发展“十五五”规划》，明确“十五五”时期农业机械化高质量发展的总体要求、具体目标和重点任务举措。规划强调，围绕破解农业机械化短板弱项，持续提高农机装备研发制造和推广应用水平，不断增强农业机械化生产及农机防灾减灾救灾能力。\n\n规划提出，到2030年，农业机械化高质量发展取得显著成效，农作物耕种收综合机械化率超过80%，丘陵山区农作物耕种收综合机械化率力争提高到75%以上，畜牧水产养殖、农产品初加工机械化加快发展；人工智能、新能源等新技术新装备在农业机械化领域广泛应用；农机作业社会化服务能力大幅提高，农机防灾减灾救灾能力显著增强。\n\n规划部署了五方面重点任务举措。一是深入实施农机装备高质量发展行动，加快提升先进适用产品供给能力；二是聚力打通中试熟化堵点，加力推进农机装备推广应用；三是拓展农机应用空间场景，推动形成新产业新业态；四是提升农业机械化生产质量和水平，增强农机防灾减灾救灾能力；五是强化全产业链政策支持，提升农机行业管理水平。\n\n《光明日报》（2026年09月21日 \n\n9月17日，2026世界农业科技创新大会在北京平谷开幕。来自30余个国际组织、科研机构和企业商会的近300位嘉宾，围绕“农食系统绿色健康转型”主题，聚焦粮食安全、绿色低碳、AI农业、营养健康等议题开展研讨，共绘可持续发展新图景。\n\n与会专家表示，当前，日常食物消费需求正从“吃得饱”向“吃得好、吃得营养健康”加快转变，保障粮食安全、促进绿色发展成为国际社会的共同课题。\n\n统计数据显示，目前我国农业科技进步贡献率超过64%，农作物自主选育品种种植面积占比超95%，农作物耕种收综合机械化率达到76.7%，科技创新成为引领农业发展的重要引擎。\n\n开幕式上，《农食一体、农医联动，农食系统绿色健康转型的平谷方案》《联合国粮食及农业组织FAO创新报告》等6项技术方案和国际报告成果集中亮相。\n\n![Image
