\n\n9月2日，南亚东南亚陆稻协作网暨南亚东南亚水稻分子设计育种协作网2026年度研讨会在云南昆明召开。来自孟加拉国、泰国、伊朗、埃塞俄比亚、尼泊尔、缅甸、越南、埃及、巴基斯坦、斯里兰卡等10个国家的水稻科研机构代表，以及南京农业大学、华中农业大学、中国农业科学院深圳农业基因组研究所、中国科学院西双版纳热带植物园等国内专家齐聚昆明，围绕“汇聚多国育种智慧，共筑气候韧性稻作屏障”主题展开深度研讨。\n\n与会专家指出，山地陆稻和雨养水稻普遍存在单产不高、抗逆能力不足、适配品种匮乏等问题，跨国种质资源共享与联合育种创新已成为区域各国科研人员的共同诉求。\n\n经过充分研讨，参会各国达成几项重要共识：一是扩大优异稻种资源的跨国互通交换；二是推进远缘杂交结合分子设计育种，重点选育高产、抗旱、耐冷、耐盐碱的气候弹性水稻品种；三是完善区域联合多点鉴定网络，统一关键抗逆性状表型评价标准；四是加大青年育种人才联合培养力度。\n\n作为两大协作网的牵头单位，云南省农业科学院多年来持续推动“种质共享—技术互通—联合鉴定—人才共建”的协同创新模式。截至目前，已有3个陆稻品种在缅甸、越南通过国家审定，在孟加拉国和尼泊尔各有2个品系进入生产示范阶段。此外，来自缅甸、尼泊尔、孟加拉国和埃及的9个骨干品种已在云南种子种业联合实验室完成分子诊断，为后续精准育种奠定基础。\n\n本次研讨会由云南省农业科学院主办，会期持续至9月4日，期间与会代表还将赴云南滇系种业科研基地、云南滇系种业科创中心进行现场观摩。（完）\n\n[【纠错】](javascript:void(0);) Identifying major cold-tolerance genes and deciphering their regulatory networks is therefore essential for rice molecular breeding for cold tolerance. Here, through a genome-wide association study (GWAS) in a multi-parent advanced generation intercross (MAGIC) population, we identified _OsNHX2_, a tonoplast-localized K+ transporter that enhances cold tolerance at the seedling stage. OsNHX2 enhances cold tolerance by promoting an increase in potassium ion content in shoots, which stimulates proline accumulation and reduces the levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and malondialdehyde (MDA). Natural variation in the coding region of _OsNHX2_ underlies differences in K+ transport ability. We further demonstrated that _OsNHX2_ expression is negatively regulated by the transcription factor OsATH1. One natural variant in the _OsNHX2_ promoter, a 45-bp deletion, elevates _OsNHX2_ expression by reducing OsATH1 binding. Notably, we found that OsNHX2 physically interacts with OsGAPC3, a cytosolic glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase known to modulate responses to abiotic stresses via ROS signaling. This interaction masks the tonoplast-targeting signal of OsNHX2, altering its subcellular localization, impairing K+ transport, and promoting cytosolic K+ accumulation. Overexpression of _OsNHX2_ significantly increased the seed-setting rate under cold stress at the booting stage without compromising grain yield under normal conditions. Haplotype analysis revealed that rice accessions carrying the cold-tolerant _OsNHX2_ haplotype are predominantly distributed in higher-latitude regions, suggesting adaptive selection. 1](https:\u002F\u002Fcaas.cn\u002Fimages\u002F2026-09\u002F0a2b2f9c34594bb0a281974cf92eba4b.jpg)\n\n每产出1公斤大米，水稻生长就要消耗约1000升水。在气候变化的大背景下，极端高温、降雨分布不均等问题频发，干旱威胁着水稻生产。干旱不仅会压低水稻株高、生物量，还会造成结实率、千粒重下降，既降低产量也影响稻米品质，严重干旱甚至会对水稻造成致命打击。培育耐旱水稻品种，成为育种领域一块难啃的硬骨头。\n\n水稻的耐旱并非由单一基因掌控，而是受多个基因共同调控，同时苗期与全生育期抗旱评价标准各不相同，给育种工作带来重重阻碍。中国农业科学院[作物科学研究所](http:\u002F\u002Fics.caas.cn\u002F)王文生研究员带领的水稻分子设计技术与应用创新团队，从国家种质库海量资源中筛选材料，依托3000份稻种测序成果，精选408份核心种质，开展多阶段抗旱表型鉴定，结合分子生物学技术，挖掘出由OsMYB2、OsGH18、OsCAD3构成的抗旱“黄金战队”分子模块。\n\n这支“基因战队”分工明确，配合默契。OsMYB2如同“总指挥”，感知干旱信号后激活下游两个基因表达；OsGH18充当“信号兵”，通过蛋白互作像一把分子钥匙，解锁OsCAD3蛋白的活性；OsCAD3作为“工程兵”，被激活后大量合成木质素。木质素好比植物细胞壁中的 “钢筋”，加固细胞壁结构，减轻干旱下植株萎蔫、减少水分流失，以此提升水稻全生育期的耐旱能力。\n\n这三个基因在不同水稻品种中存在不同单倍型，不同版本的组合，带来了耐旱能力的差异。科研人员借助人工智能筛选出最优基因组合，还可以预测杂交后代的抗旱表现。目前，科研团队已经尝试将这套基因模块导入主栽品种黄华占，初步试验证明，能够显著提升该品种抗旱能力。\n\n未来，育种家将利用分子标记辅助选择，把这套抗旱基因模块聚合到更多优良水稻品种中，力争实现丰水条件下高产，干旱条件下稳产少减产。这既能充分利用干旱边际土地，节约农业水资源，守护国家粮食安全，也能稳定农户种植收益，为农业可持续发展注入基因力量。\n\n![Image 19:58:41\n\n湖北日报讯（记者汪彤、通讯员项俊平）9月24日，受湖北省水稻协会邀请，华中农业大学、荆州农业科学院、武汉市农技推广中心、荆州市农技推广中心、荆门市农技推广中心等单位专家，对水稻新品种“弘润109”江陵县百亩示范片进行现场测产。测产结果显示，示范区亩有效穗数为22.14万穗，每穗平均实粒数149粒，按品种审定千粒重24.45克计算，理论产量85%折算后，弘润109亩产685.6公斤。\n\n![Image image.png](https:\u002F\u002Fhbrbapp.hubeidaily.net\u002F03eba59362c94af88eae97328d5005ff.png)\n\n“弘润109”由湖北省农业科学院粮食作物研究所、武汉弘耕种业有限公司、湖北洪山实验室和湖北江汉大米产业技术研究院有限公司共同选育，是湖北省首个米质1级、耐热性和综合抗性1级的“双一级”优质中稻新品种。\n\n该品种连续两年参加水稻新品种区试，平均亩产607.2公斤，比对照品种黄华占增产8.0%。品质、产量、抗性、耐热性全面超越对照品种黄华占。\n\n![Image image.png](https:\u002F\u002Fhbrbapp.hubeidaily.net\u002F0315d6fa0aae4dbb952e8aecab25dd3f.png)\n\n除了高产、耐高温，弘润109的米质也非常优良。经“稻功芯1号”育种芯片“CT”检测显示，该品种聚合了30多个有利功能基因，覆盖产量、品质、抗性与氮高效等指标。在两年区域试验的异常持续高温天气下，弘润109整精米率64.6%，胶稠度78毫米，蒸煮食味品质测试88分，米质达到农业行业标准《食用稻品种品质》一级。\n\n在随后召开的2026年湖北农业科技服务支点建设“五大提质行动”暨鄂粮鄂种规模提升现场观摩会品鉴区，记者看到蒸煮的弘润109，米粒细长，晶莹剔透，米饭油亮，柔软香甜。有关专家在现场品鉴后表示，弘润109的问世，为竞争江汉大米后备品种和湖北省订单生产首选品种提供了一个新的选项。目前，弘润109在全省30多个产粮大县进行示范种植，种植面积近10000亩，广泛适用于虾后稻、油后稻、麦后稻以及优质稻订单的种植生产。\n\n![Image
