实干促振兴”为主题，聚焦展示丰收成果、做好为农服务、弘扬农耕文化、提振乡村消费、做优节庆品牌五大方向，集中展示三秦大地“三农”发展新成效、和美乡村建设新风貌，凝聚全省乡村全面振兴奋进力量。\n\n![Image 21: 北斗智慧农业平台支撑精准调度","https:\u002F\u002Fwww.agri.cn\u002Fzx\u002Fxxlb\u002Fhb_24266\u002F202610\u002Ft20261020_8877543.htm","湖北依托农机购置补贴物联网系统与北斗智慧农业平台搭建精准调度体系，把种植面积、成熟度、机具位置、烘干点库容和区县供需缺口纳入一张秋收作战图并自动预警。荆门370万亩中稻推广标准化机收，机收损失率严控在3%以内，可少丢粮2万多吨，每亩秸秆回收约300公斤、增收60至70元。截至10月8日全省中稻收获超2000万亩、进度超七成，秋收期间投入收割机5.2万台、烘干粮食931万吨。这是智慧农业从示范转向常态化调度与减损增效的典型样本。","秋分过后，湖北省荆门市东宝区子陵铺镇种粮大户谢小平走进稻田，稻穗轻拂裤腿，沙沙作响，他捏起一穗，指甲盖掐开稻壳，米粒透亮：“今年干度正好，就等机子来。”\n\n“别点火，先看手机！”今年秋收，东宝区农机手们下田作业前，都会收到合作社技术员的统一提醒。一个个低头划拉几下手机，点开一张调度图页面扫一眼，就像有了“千里眼”：哪片稻子熟透了、附近几台机子闲着、哪个烘干点还有仓位。心里有数了，再开过去，按下割台，走线、脱粒、碎秸，一气呵成。\n\n“会开机不算会收割，精控损耗才是秋收关键，减少田间粮食损耗、盘活秸秆资源，就是实实在在的增收。”荆门市农机发展中心监督管理科科长吴国成对机手喊，“割台高度，再调整五公分！”他跑遍全市400多个农机合作社，把减损做成了“田间细活”，教机手按产量和株高调割台、控车速。\n\n吴国成常念一笔账：全市370万亩中稻全面推广标准化机收作业，将田间机收损失率严控在3%以内，低于全省常规机收损耗标准，可少丢2万多吨粮。每亩稻田可回收秸秆300公斤左右，售卖后可增收60元至70元，基本可对冲部分机收作业成本。这账，划算！\n\n荆门田间精细化减损作业的落地见效，得益于全省系统化统筹部署。今年湖北省委农办印发“三秋”保障方案，不靠人喊人找农机，一张“秋收作战图”把家底盘清。种植面积、成熟度、机具位置、各烘干点位剩余库容、各区县农机供需缺口，平台自动预警，跨区调剂紧随其后。\n\n“这套精准调度体系，依托农机购置补贴物联网系统与湖北北斗智慧农业平台搭建而成，可实现农机位置、作业状态、地块情况的实时动态监测。”湖北省农业农村厅农机化管理处相关负责人点开平台说，“看，这台机子从河南跨区过来，现在在钟祥，明天调到京山，这一趟少跑50公里。”\n\n光有图不够，田间秋收各项服务保障工作，更需落地落细、闭环落实。湖北在粮食主产区高速口设跨区作业站，贴上路标及二维码，机手扫码就能查到接待驿站、维修点、天气和维权信息。寒露过后，外地机手扫码后笑了：“连修车铺的位置都标了，这回不慌了。”\n\n依托全省智慧秋收调度体系，湖北各地结合地块条件、粮情特点，因地制宜探索差异化秋收作业模式，精准破解秋收痛点难题，让这张图在各地派上了不同用场。随州随县、孝感云梦一带把耕种流程下沉到农事综合服务中心，耕播飞防收割托管给合作社，老人脚不沾泥也能分红；咸宁崇阳晚稻湿重，农服公司把“割—运—烘”串成线，潮粮进烘干塔不过夜；襄阳保康山区地块碎，平台调北斗农机抢收，技术员盯终端，坏了马上有人修。\n\n跨区机收服务难免有摩擦：面积算不清、价格谈不拢、损失率扯皮。依托12316农业服务热线，湖北构建“村级和解、乡镇调解、县级兜底”的三级纠纷处置机制，高效回应机收作业各类诉求。针对连阴雨天气导致的烘干设备紧缺等问题，建立缺口调配机制，通过跨市、跨省调度烘干设备，筑牢秋收应急保收防线。\n\n截至10月8日，湖北全省中稻收获面积超2000万亩、收获进度超七成；秋收期间累计投入收割机5.2万台，烘干粮食931万吨。湖北省农业农村厅相关负责人表示，下一步，湖北将持续以智慧化调度、精细化作业、全链条服务护航秋收生产，牢牢守住粮食丰产丰收底线，全力保障颗粒归仓、农户增收，夯实秋粮安全根基。（农民日报记者 石洪宇\n\n金秋十月，松花江两岸稻浪翻金，收割机往来穿梭，稻谷源源归仓。在吉林省吉林市，AI与智慧装备正悄然改变着传统的秋收方式，让黑土地上的丰收更有“数”。\n\n“手机上就能看墒情、调度农机，种地越来越省心。”在吉林市下辖的舒兰市金马镇新胜村，种粮大户孙连贵站在田埂上，望着收割机在稻浪中穿行。今年他种了100亩糯稻，农技人员指导他采用科学育苗技术，稻穗饱满，品质好于往年。\n\n![Image 舒兰市委宣传部供图\n\n过去最怕秋收遭遇连阴雨天气，如今农机调度、仓储烘干都有预案，心里踏实多了。据测算，金马镇3.45万亩糯稻预计收获优质糯米1.39万吨。\n\n金马镇农业农机科科长孙文辉介绍，镇里围绕优质糯稻种植建设高标准农田，他和同事们负责推广科学种植方式。种植环节选取优质品种，加工环节采用适度碾米技术，再通过统一真空包装确保品质。金马糯米凭借黏糯适口等特点，成为部分食品企业的原料，产品市场覆盖京津冀、云贵川、江浙沪等地区。\n\n孙连贵口中的“省心”，离不开智慧农业的持续赋能。近些年，搭载智能导航的收割机依托精准定位规划行进路线，收割、脱粒、秸秆还田一气呵成；农用无人机则化身“空中帮手”，完成田间巡检、病虫害智能监测等作业。这类智慧农业服务模式现已覆盖吉林市、延边州、松原、四平等粮食主产区。\n\n![Image 舒兰市委宣传部供图\n\n在吉林市永吉县一拉溪镇九月丰家庭农场，负责人肖建波轻点鼠标，屏幕上土壤墒情、气象数据、作物长势一目了然。依托卫星遥感技术，4000亩稻田的秋收进度尽收眼底。“哪块地该收了，哪台农机离得最近，系统比人算得还准。”肖建波说，过去秋收靠人跑腿，现在屏幕上就能调度，效率翻了一倍。\n\n昌邑区孤店子镇大荒地村，年过六旬的赵广文坐在屋里，通过手机屏幕查看稻田收割进度。从10公顷到110公顷，赵广文从农民变成了农场主。“手指在屏幕上一点，就能看到收割机走到哪儿了。”他说，这里逾800公顷良田，由10多位种田大户和家庭农场引领耕种，“把锄头换成遥控器，丰收不再忙”。\n\n从田间到云端，AI正让黑土地上的丰收变得更精准、更从容。(完)\n\n【编辑:徐世傲】
