9月19日，2026年“全国科普月”杂粮科普开放日活动在河北省农林科学院谷子研究所杂粮科普基地举办。本次活动以“品杂粮文化，览科创成果，学粟魂精神，享健康食养”为主题，围绕文化传承、科创普及、精神弘扬、民生赋能四大方向，创新设置闯关集章、动手实践、美食品鉴等沉浸式体验环节，引导青少年在“识、测、答、操、品”的互动过程中，系统学习杂粮历史文化、营养特性与科学种植知识，真切感受现代农业科创魅力。\n\n![Image
