徐偲）9月24日，湖南省农科院功能稻米产业研究院在湖南省农科院植保所挂牌成立。研究院由湖南省农业科学院与长沙谷道农业科技有限公司共建，由中国工程院院士柏连阳领衔，主攻控糖主食研发与产业化。\n\n![Image 49](https:\u002F\u002Fp5.img.cctvpic.com\u002Fphotoworkspace\u002Fcontentimg\u002F2026\u002F09\u002F25\u002F2026092500560384208.jpg)\n\n民以食为天，但国内血糖异常人群规模持续扩大，普通籼米、粳米升糖指数偏高，糖尿病患者吃饭陷入“两难”：吃多了血糖波动，吃少了能量不够。适口性好、升糖平缓的稻米，市场上一直存在明显缺口。\n\n长沙谷道的核心团队承袭袁隆平院士科研体系，花了十年在田间攻关，改良水稻内部淀粉组分，打破口感与低升糖的瓶颈，培育出黑、红、白三类控糖水稻。多年区域试种和膳食观察显示，这几个品种对比普通精白米，餐后血糖上升更平缓，米饭的香气和软糯口感还能保留，适合血糖管控人群当日常主粮。\n\n![Image 50](https:\u002F\u002Fp4.img.cctvpic.com\u002Fphotoworkspace\u002Fcontentimg\u002F2026\u002F09\u002F25\u002F2026092500561694352.jpg)\n\n为了让科研成果走出试验田，企业在全国布点。海南设南繁育种基地，靠热带气候一年多代加代繁育，缩短选育测试周期；广西、浙江、湖南南县、新疆等地建规模化生产基地，按当地水土定制栽培方案。单一种植容易受洪涝、低温影响，多省份布局能对冲自然风险、稳住年产量。按规划，基地产能逐年释放，2027年可稳定满足30万糖尿病患者日常主粮供应。\n\n研究院挂牌后明确了四项任务：在现有三色控糖稻基础上持续改良抗逆性、适口性和升糖负荷；为新疆、湖南南县、广西等不同产区编制标准化种植规程，统一品质指标；联合省内医疗机构开展人群膳食跟踪，用大样本数据说明其膳食价值；牵头起草功能稻米团体标准，把育种、种植、加工、标识全流程规范起来。\n\n湖南是杂交水稻发源地。从解决温饱的杂交水稻，到面向健康需求的功能稻米，是粮食科研方向的时代延伸。研究院相关负责人表示，将立足湖南总部，统筹全国基地资源，持续输出新品种、新技术。\n\n编辑：孙帆 \"新浪微博\")\n\n9月15日，2026年湖南省水稻种质资源共享利用现场会在长沙召开。厅一级巡视员刘启华出席会议并讲话，省农业科学院院长余应弘致辞。\n\n 会议指出，种质资源是种业的“芯片”，事关国家安全，“十四五”期间，我省落实种业振兴首要任务，全面摸清了种质资源家底，建成了库圃场区相结合的资源保护体系，推动资源实现了应保尽保。\n\n 会议要求，“十五五”期间，要深入落实国家战略部署，立足行业需求，针对精准鉴定覆盖不足、优异资源挖掘不够、共享流通不充分等短板，从加快精准鉴定进度、用好共享利用平台、建立健全利益联结机制、加大优异资源展示力度四方面发力，加快推进资源优势变为品种优势，促进产业增效、农民增收。\n\n 年福建省农业主导品种。","10月15日，我院水稻所在尤溪县西城镇麻洋村举行新品种“禾两优631”作再生稻高产栽培示范验收会。中国科学院韩斌院士、钱前院士以及南京农业大学、中国农业科学院作物科学研究所、上海市农业科学院、福建省农业农村厅、福建省农学会和三明市农业农村局的专家莅临现场测产。谢华安院士，我院党委委员、副院长魏辉研究员到会指导，院科研处处长赵健研究员主持验收会。\n\n经测产，“禾两优631”再生季亩产达484.72公斤，加上今年8月头季亩产879.8公斤，两季合计亩产1364.52公斤。水稻所又一新品种实现再生稻栽培高产，也是该基地连续第26年开展再生稻高产栽培示范取得的新进展。验收专家们表示，“禾两优631”头季与再生季表现均衡，再生季484.72公斤的产量表明该品种具有较强再生力和推广潜力，也验证了配套栽培技术在大面积示范中的稳定性。两季合计1364.52公斤，对提升稻田综合效益、稳定粮食生产、促进农民增收具有重要意义。\n\n尤溪县是全国高产再生稻发祥地。自2000年以来，我院水稻所的科研人员风雨无阻、年复一年，在同一片土地上持续开展再生稻品种试验、高产栽培和示范推广。截至目前，麻洋村百亩示范基地已示范种植15个强再生力杂交稻品种。麻洋村百亩示范基地已成为福建再生稻品种与技术的重要展示窗口。谢华安院士团队经数十年持续攻关，不仅选育出一批高产、抗逆、优质、广适的强再生力水稻新品种；还系统构建了水稻再生力评价体系，创建了以“双调双控”为核心的再生稻高效生产关键技术体系和省工节本的机械化生产技术体系，相关科研成果获得福建省科技进步一等奖2项。这既是26年厚积薄发的集中体现，也是对持之以恒开展基础研究和应用推广的最好肯定。\n\n“禾两优631”是我院水稻所主持选育的两系杂交中稻品种，2025年通过福建省中稻审定（闽审稻20251009），进入国家长江中下游中籼迟熟组区域试验（第2年）。 “禾两优631”田间表现产量高（LAX1\u002FPTB1\u002FNOG1）、抗白叶枯病（Xa23）、中抗稻瘟病（Pi1\u002FPi2\u002FPikh）、再生力强（psr1）、适应性强（OsLG3）、抗倒伏，是一个综合性状优良的杂交稻品种。“禾两优631”被评为2024年全国种子双交会水稻地展评价优良品种、2025年福建省优质稻田间展示综合表现优异十大品种、2026年福建省农业主导品种。“禾两优631”的育成和应用，将为福建省乃至长江中下游地区的粮食生产作出更大贡献。\n\n站在新的历史起点上，水稻所将继续保持“咬定青山不放松”的战略定力，以更高标准、更实举措推进再生稻科研与产业高质量发展，在融合分子育种等现代技术手段强化育种攻关、推进农机农艺融合、切实提升生产效率和深化示范推广与产业带动等方面，加快技术成果在全省乃至南方稻区的推广应用，为南方稻区再生稻产业发展提供可借鉴的样板，为保障国家粮食安全、促进农业增效和农民增收作出新的更大贡献。（文\u002F水稻所 朱永生，图\u002F水稻所 蔡秋华）","福建省农业科学院
